This paper deals with the optimisation of the screen printing process. The layer deposition and the manufacturing process parameters strongly affect the quality of the prints. During this process the paste is printed by a rubber squeegee onto the surface of the substrate through a stainless steel metal screen masked by photolithographic emulsion.
