The Dual Stream is offered with a range of fine screening options, making it possible to specify a grid opening from 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch and perforations from nominal 2 mm to 6 mm. A spray wash system is provided with the latest approach in cleaning technology. An integral screw compactor efficiently washes, and compacts captured debris, prior
The Finescreen Monster eliminates the brush used on traditional flow-through fine screens. Using JWC’s staple guard UHMW perforated screening panels and just spray water, the Monster Finescreen is able to achieve excellent clean-off. This has eliminated the maintenance problems brushes create and reduces the potential for material carry-over
All ROTAMAT® screens work according to the unique and patented system that has been sold for more than a thousand installations worldwide. Depending on the screen size and bar spacing throughputs of up to approx. 3000 l/s (10,800 m³/h) per unit can be achieved. The screens can be installed into either a channel or tank.
These ultra-fine screens are able to remove undegradable and degradable, inorganic and organic material at the same time. Improved environmental protection is achieved by application of this new technology at reasonable costs. Chemical precipitation, coagulation and/or flocculation can be added for further improvement of the screening efficiency.
With its heavy duty construction, the Escalator™ will provide continuous fine screening for channel type applications in widths from 500 mm (20'') to 3 m (120''). Features & Benefits. can provide up to 20% savings in plant operation and maintenance costs. superior cleaning with combined spray wash and mechanical high-speed brush.
Highly efficient and versatile coarse and fine screening Our John Meunier products line ensures efficient removal of algae, leaves, sand, rocks and other debris and particles. We design, manufacture and service wastewater treatment plants since 1948, offering complete solutions with a wide range of highly efficient screening and grit removal equipment .
Screening is a critical step in the treatment of raw water and wastewater, ensuring the efficient operation of downstream processes and protecting equipment. The Ozzy Cup

The STEP SCREEN® System is widely accepted and successful due to its function and easy-to-follow operation principle as well as the simple cleaning method without any aids (self-cleaning effect according to the counter-current principle). It is furthermore easy to maintain and able to handle extremely big screenings volumes whilst it also
Boosting treatment efficiency: Fine screens isolate smaller particles, which can enhance the performance of secondary treatment processes like biological reactors. Reducing operational problems : With less debris, there is a lower risk of issues in processes like aeration, which rely on diffusers that can be clogged by excess solids.

Fine Screen. Fine screening is a second mechanical pretreatment process that allows for finer separation of solid waste from raw water than coarse screening. Screens are typically in the range of 6 mm to 0.25 mm. Fine screen is automated most of the time due to motorization of the collection system by augers, screws, drums or scrapers.
For 6 mm bar spacing the open area is 60% (3mm thick lamellas = 50%). That makes the step screen an excellent choice for applications where hydraulic constraints are of major concern. Compared to other fine screens, the step screens require a smaller surface area in the channel due to its high hydraulic capacity.
Fine Screen Wastewater Treatment. The Aqua Guard ® UltraClean™ represents the next generation of fine screen wastewater treatment. It outperforms the original design in side-by-side capture rate tests by over 50%. This superior performance comes from a series of patent-pending improvements in the “head” of the Aqua Guard UltraClean
